A pilot is a fixed-fee engagement with one goal: prove — against your own standards — that a cited, cross-referenced knowledge base built on the regulations you care about gives your team faster, verifiable answers.
What's included
- Corpus, selected together — up to ten official source documents for your jurisdictions and product categories, with provenance recorded for every source
- A configured RegWiki — obligations, deadlines, definitions, and concepts as structured, cross-referenced pages; deadline statuses computed; contradictions between sources flagged automatically
- Cited Q&A for your team — plain-English questions, clause-level citations on every answer; if it isn't in the corpus, the system says so
- A verification report — test questions defined with you up front, answers manually verified against the source texts
- A final readout — what worked, what the corpus should grow to cover, and a concrete recommendation: continue, expand, or stop
The four weeks
- Week 1 — corpus selection, ingestion, provenance record
- Week 2 — verification against sources; curation of the criteria your team relies on most
- Weeks 3–4 — your team tests live; weekly check-in; refinements
- Close — readout, verification report, recommendation
Success criteria — agreed before we start
- Answer accuracy against your team's own review
- Citation validity — every claim traceable to the governing clause
- A live freshness test — a regulatory change published during the pilot is reflected, cited, and reconciled against the existing corpus
Practical details
- Fixed fee, quoted after a short scoping call — and fully credited against a continued engagement signed within 60 days of pilot close
- Hosted by default — pilots typically run on public regulatory texts, so there's nothing confidential in the system; private or in-environment deployments are a design conversation for what comes after
- Where it can go — a managed subscription with a regulatory-currency SLA, cited deliverables, licensing, or a bespoke build
